Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

PT ACE MEDICAL PRODUCTS INDONESIA is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, accounting, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting department.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Manage corporate tax planning, reporting, and tax audits.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.

• Establish and improve internal control systems and financial procedures.

• Collaborate with headquarters and cross-functional teams in Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Taxation (PPN, PPh, e-Faktur, Coretax, and tax reporting).

• Experience in manufacturing companies is preferred.

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Good command of English is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
