About the role
We are seeking a Sales Assistant/Sales Promotion (SA/Sales Promotion) to join PT Dickies Indonesia Mandiri in Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales at our retail locations. As an SA/Sales Promotion, you will be the face of the brand, engaging with customers, promoting our products, and contributing to an outstanding shopping experience that reflects our commitment to quality workwear and lifestyle products.
Key responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits of Brand merchandise
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing retail display and shop floor
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and rotation
Participate in promotional activities and special events to increase brand awareness
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance goals
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations
What we're looking for
Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Strong sales ability with a genuine passion for helping customers and meeting sales objectives
Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays
Attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in basic mathematics and cash handling
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional languages are a plus
A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and develop
Knowledge of workwear and lifestyle fashion trends is preferred but not essential
