Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) EXECUTIVE
Requirement :
Bachelor degree ( S1) any major with 3 years of experience in the same field.
Preferably experience in the field of retail, shopping centers & services,etc.
Excellent in English in written, spoken and understanding.
Computer literate i.e. Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point and Ms. Word
High motivated and good team player.
Creative and resourceful
Duties and responsibilities :
Prepare the yearly loyalty program planning and budget to be proposed to Advertising & Promotion Manager.
Ensure the implementation of loyalty program from prior and after program that they run well.
Perform the communication to member/card holder about sales promo program, loyalty program and any update program.
Coordinate customer database management, including data audit, data cleansing, verification and other activities related with database.
Develop, maintain & manage CRM application System.
Conduct research & survey to customer, tenant, booth participant and competitor as per calendar of event and yearly survey.
Prepare customer loyalty & research result report and daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Perform as Manager on Duty for Advertising & Promotion events according to the roster.
Perform incidental tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
