Procurement Buyer
Identifying and procuring the goods and services that the Company requires to support the Projects, Operational, and Office requirement.
Objective :
Identify external material/services needs as per request of PR or MSR,
Find reliable suppliers who can supply these materials and services providers and send RFQ,
Negotiate for the best payment condition and cheapest prices/rates appropriate to required quality, within the required delivery schedule,
Create the PO and monitoring the delivery of such materials/services
Responsibilities :
Vendors/Suppliers Administration and Relations
Purchasing: Cost saving, fulfilment of purchase specification/requirement, delivery time and compliance
Expediting: On time delivery, efficient transportation
Purchase Order Settlement
Procurement Reporting and Administration
Importation Formalities and Compliance
Forwarder Administering
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration;
At least 5 years in working experience and or 2 years in procurement field;
Understanding and have knowledge of the steel fabrication and construction industry;
Computer literate, knowledge in SAP or other Procurement system is an advantage;
Organized, detail-oriented, able to make productive and efficient decisions;
Communicate effectively and clearly;
Good negotiation and analytical skills;
Prioritization skills necessary to meet deadlines;
Proficient in written/correspondence and spoken Indonesia and English;
Good administration.
