Progress Advisor

We are looking for a dedicated Progress Advisor to join our team at LB LIA Cileungsi. As an Progress Advisor, you will play an important role in providing educational guidance and consultation to students and parents, assisting them in achieving optimal learning goals.

• Monitor student progress, identify areas that require attention, and provide necessary assistance.

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure coordination and consistency in guidance and learning approaches.

• Maintain good relationships with students and parents, providing emotional support and motivation as needed.

• Work closely with students' parents to understand their needs and challenges, and provide appropriate advice and support.

• Provide comprehensive English education consultation and guidance to students, assisting them in selecting suitable study programs.

Qualification

• Candidate has a collage degree (D3,S1) in any discipline.

• Good communication (can speak English well), networking and porblem-solving skill.

• Able to work as a team.

• positive person: Enthusiast patient cheerful, and also careful.

• love and care about children.

• well groomed; your attention to detail in your apperearance reflects your attention.

• Good service sense.

• Good at emotion management.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Good planning and organizing ability, work flexible, and able to deal with uncertainties.

• sales ability in delivering effective sales pitches & closing deals. ( Own sales experience at education fields is a plus).

• ability to work on weekends (half day on Saturday).
