Sales/Field Engineer – TeeJet – Agriculture Market

About the Role
We're looking for creative, energetic, and motivated people to join our team. This position is based at our sales office in Sunter, North Jakarta, and covers the agriculture market — from field crop applications to precision farming technology. This role can potentially be to a future TeeJet Leaderposition, overseeing the overall agriculture section in Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
Perform sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets
Acquire new customers and expand market across agriculture sectors; included vertical farming, golf courses, field crop automation, UAV/drone application & etc
Conduct market and customer surveys to identify and develop new business opportunities
Develop and execute business development plans, including marketing activities such as trade shows, webinars, mass mailings, and other initiatives.
Carry out on-site demonstrations for customers and provide trial reports
Deliver quality after-sales service and support to ensure continuous business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a chemical-related field with a minimum 3.00 GPA
Experience in agricultural sales, preferably in fertilizer and agro-chemical distribution, fluid handling, pumping systems, or control technologies
Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and Power BI
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong customer management skills: willingness to ask tough questions – problem-solving skills – ability to communicate solution value – diligent follow-up – sales results
Reliable, organized, inquisitive, and self-motivated; comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
