Candidate has a college degree (S1, D3, or Semester 7) in any discipline

Has a Valid LIA EPT score: Written >499 & oral >75, or ITP >499, or iBT >60, or IELTS >5, or TOEIC >699

Between 21 and 45 years old

Willing undergo a TEFL

Willing to be posted in LB LIA Cileungsi and LB LIA Karawang

Be familiar with all courses of study

Prepare lessons and equipment for all classes.

Be in class 5 minutes before starting time.

Delivering engaging and interactive English lessons through fun activities.

Be responsible for students welfare and progress.

Assessing student progress and providing regular feedback and written reports to help them improve their English proficiency.

Assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students Conduct or assist in trial lessons as assigned.

Carry out teaching related responsibilities including, but not limited to demonstration classes, activity, tutorials, presentations, and center social events

Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site Cooperate with the Branch Manager and Academic Manager in ensuring the constructive communication and efficient operation.

Carry out the timetable of classes assigned by the Academic Manager.

Collaborating with the teaching team to share best practices and contribute to the overall development of the academic team.
