Relationship Manager - SME Supply Chain Financing

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Fundo Sukses Bersama as a Relationship Manager - SME Financing. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of SME clients and developing strong relationships to support their financing needs. The role is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identify, develop and manage relationships with SME clients to understand their business needs and objectives

2. Design tailored financing solutions to support the growth and success of your SME clients

3. Negotiate and structure financing arrangements, ensuring they meet the bank's risk and compliance requirements

4. Provide high-quality, responsive service to your clients and act as their key point of contact

5. Collaborate cross-functionally with risk, legal and other teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

6. Actively monitor your client portfolio, identifying risks and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making

7. Contribute to the development and implementation of the SME financing strategy

What we're looking for

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, banking, fintech or a related field

2. Minimum 2 years' experience in a relationship management or client-facing role, ideally in SME or commercial lending

3. Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SME clients

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into easy-to-understand solutions

5. Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs

6. Proficiency in financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk management

7. Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

8. Have SME or Commercial portfolio
