A reputable educational foundation in Bali is seeking a proactive, organized, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a General Affairs & Administration Staff.
This position plays an important role in supporting the daily administrative and operational activities of the foundation, including coordination with government offices, document management, facility support, and general affairs functions.
Manage filing systems and maintain administrative records and documents.
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and data entry.
Coordinate and follow up on matters related to government offices and external institutions.
Support the daily operations of General Affairs activities.
Assist in monitoring and coordinating facility-related services, including maintenance, gardening, housekeeping, and security personnel.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external parties when required.
Ensure administrative documents are complete, organized, and properly archived.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Administration, Management, General Affairs, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, general affairs, or a similar role.
Familiarity with government procedures and administrative processes is highly preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Ability to communicate in Balinese will be considered an advantage.
