Store Supervisor (Stockroom area) - Batam

Placement:

Batam, Kepulauan Riau.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor

2. Able to assist the Store Manager with employee administration, including work schedules for back area/warehouse staff

3. Strong ability in people development, training delivery, and performance evaluation

4. Good warehouse management skills, including orderliness and compliance

5. Ability to evaluate warehouse stock

6. Ability to handle delivery complaints, product quality issues, etc.

7. Strong understanding in Ms. Excel or any similar products.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for managing the warehouse (back area) comprehensively

2. Assist the Store Manager in handling administration and work systems for the warehouse (back area)

3. Responsible for inventory and product stock calculations in the warehouse, as well as maintaining orderliness and product quality

4. Responsible for evaluating the performance of warehouse staff

5. Coordinate with the Front Leader regarding product movement in and out of the sales area
