About the role

PT Tri Mitra Otomasi is seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position that combines technical expertise with consultative sales skills. You will be responsible for understanding complex client needs, providing tailored recommendations, and guiding customers through the sales process with technical confidence. This role is essential to our growth strategy, as it directly impacts revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales objectives.

• Develop opportunities and gain to be new customers.

• Maintain and develop existing customers.

• Deliver excellent service through customers.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

What we're looking for

• Preferably S1 (Bachelor) / D3 (Diploma) in Electrical Engineer.

• Salesperson with background Water/ Wastewater Segment/ Machine Maker.

• Minimum Experience 2 years, preferably experienced sales in the Industrial Automation Product.

• Broadminded and result oriented person.

• Excellent technical knowledge combined with compelling communication and presentation skills.

• Self - initiated and self - motivated person.

• Ability to work individually or team.

• Well know area: Indonesia, especially Jabodetabek, West Java, & Banten.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the service area as required.

• Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Have a private vehicle (SIM A preferred).

• Owning a personal car.
