直播助理经理（Assistant Manager Live Streaming）

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in spoken Mandarin.

• Prior experience in live streaming operations is preferred.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and possesses strong communication skills.

• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.

• Willing to work overtime when required.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the team's daily operations, including the procurement of equipment, studio supplies, and other operational materials required by the live streaming team.

2. Ensure and monitor that the live streaming schedule prepared by the PIC is executed smoothly and according to plan.

3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of hosts and co-hosts during live streaming sessions.

4. Handle team administration, including reviewing daily attendance records and calculating sales commissions for hosts and co-hosts.

5. Manage recruitment and talent development by interviewing prospective hosts and conducting regular training sessions.

6. Record and monitor the team's operational expenses accurately and on a regular basis.

7. Serve as the primary liaison and interpreter (Mandarin ↔ Indonesian) between the operations team and management, ensuring smooth and effective communication as well as accurate delivery of instructions.
