Your Day-to-Day

[5-6 pointers]

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliation.

• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection.

• Prepare AR aging reports, reconcile customer accounts, and investigate billing discrepancies.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues and improve collection efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• >4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, AR processes, and financial reconciliation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
