Operations - Management Trainee Program

Key responsibilities :

• Shadowing and assisting senior operations managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of warehouse and distribution activities

• Supporting the daily management of inventory control, stock rotation, and warehouse organisation across all operational areas

• Participating in the implementation and monitoring of safety standards, compliance procedures, and operational best practices

• Assisting in the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, processing, and shipping of goods

• Supporting the training and supervision of warehouse and distribution staff, and contributing to the development of standard operating procedures

• Collecting and analysing operational data to identify areas for improvement and reporting findings to management

• Contributing to process improvement initiatives and participating in continuous improvement projects across warehouse operations

• Supporting the management of relationships with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

• Assisting with special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by operations management

What we're looking for :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels

• Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to learning and development

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word

• Willingness to work in a dynamic warehouse environment and adaptability to shift requirements

• Physical capability to perform warehouse tasks, including standing for extended periods and occasional lifting

• Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional languages are advantageous

• Previous internship or practical experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations is preferred but not essential

• A strong commitment to safety and compliance within operational environments
