Research & Development Chemist
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop new products through research and experimentation.
* Investigate and resolve technical issues related to existing products.
* Conduct laboratory testing, analysis, and product evaluations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support product development and improvement.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry (Master’s degree preferred).
* Strong background in Organic Chemistry.
* Knowledge of organic synthesis and formulation.
* Willing to work in a two-shift schedule.
* Willing to be based in South Cikarang.
