SALES PROJECT - INTERIOR & FURNITURE

About the role

PT Formwell Products is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Project Specialist for Interior particularly in Wardrobe and Kitchen Systems & Modern Furniture to join our sales team. This contract position is based in West Jakarta, Jakarta and offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth in the interior and furniture sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of our customers in this competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the interior and furniture market segment

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations

• Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and competitive landscape

• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve sales targets and company objectives

• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction

• Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and detailed project documentation

• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievement against targets

• Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer retention and repeat business

• Represent PT Formwell Products professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in sales, particularly within the interior design, furniture, building materials, or related construction industries

• Strong understanding of interior and furniture products, materials, and market trends

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently

• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to business development

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Willingness to travel to client sites and conduct site visits as required

• Bachelor's degree in architect, interior design, business, sales, or related field preferred

• Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly desirable
