Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct 24/7 monitoring and routine inspections for security and low-voltage systems; perform daily equipment and system checks according to established routes, schedules, and procedures; accurately record, input, and summarize equipment operating parameters.
2. Manage routine preventive maintenance and handle potential hazards and malfunctions for security and low-voltage systems; participate in and execute emergency drills and rapid incident responses; collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
3. Maintain familiarity with the technical requirements and standards for data center security and low-voltage systems; master relevant technical skills and safety protocols; possess the ability to diagnose and resolve common faults; demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of assigned equipment and operating procedures, and the ability to operate them independently.
4. Promptly identify potential operational hazards within the data center and report them to superiors.
5. Participate in testing, maintenance, servicing, and repair activities for intelligent systems and other related infrastructure.
6. Enforce AIDC server room management policies on-site; collaborate to ensure operational safety and maintain standardized management practices.
7. Oversee and coordinate the management of "Safety, Quality, and Hygiene" standards across AIDC operations and the facility campus, ensuring compliance and achieving management objectives.
Job Requirements
1. Associate degree or higher in a relevant field such as Information Technology, software engineer
2. At least one year of experience in the on-site implementation and maintenance of security/low-voltage systems and fire safety systems;
3. Strong learning ability, a strong sense of responsibility, and a collaborative team spirit;
4. Must hold a nationally recognized Low-Voltage or High-Voltage Electrician Operation Certificate and an Intermediate-level Fire Facility Operator Certificate (Monitoring specialization);
5. Strong adaptability; candidates willing to accept and adapt to off-site assignments are preferred.
6. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate effectively in English.
7. Mandarin language skills are an advantage but not required.
