Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting is mandatory, preferably from a reputable university.

• Open to fresh graduates with strong academic achievements or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

• High integrity and sense of responsibility.

• Willing to be placed across Indomobil Group's brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including budget realization and variance analysis.

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

• Monitor financial performance and provide financial analysis to support business decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.

• Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, as well as audits and other finance-related projects.
