Assistant Operations Manager (Full-time)

Monten Soda is a leading premium sparkling and soda water supplier, proudly supplying restaurants, cafés, hotels, nightclubs, and beach clubs throughout Bali. Trusted by many of Bali’s most recognised hospitality venues, we’re looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to help support our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions.

• Coordinate and manage delivery operations, including supervising drivers and ensuring timely deliveries.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer enquiries and resolving customer issues.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and forecast inventory requirements to ensure optimal stock availability.

• Supervise, motivate, and develop team members to achieve operational objectives.

• Monitor operational performance and prepare regular reports and insights for management.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational systems, workflows, and SOPs.

• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers, suppliers, and business partners.

• Support business growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Indonesian citizen.

• Proven management experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Experience managing staff, scheduling workloads, and driving team performance.

• Understanding of inventory management, stock planning, and demand forecasting.

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

• Confident interpreting reports and using data to improve business performance.

• Ability to develop and improve systems, SOPs, and operational processes.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.
