LOGISTIC ENGINEER

Plan, monitor, and optimize inbound and outbound logistics processes to ensure on-time material delivery.

Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Purchasing, Warehouse, and suppliers to maintain smooth material flow.

Control inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy through regular monitoring and stock audits.

Analyze logistics performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Support Just-in-Time (JIT), FIFO, Kanban, and Lean Manufacturing implementation.

Monitor warehouse operations, material handling, storage utilization, and transportation activities.

Prepare logistics reports and analyze KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, logistics costs, and inventory turnover.

Utilize ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) to manage logistics transactions and inventory data.

Develop and maintain logistics SOPs and work instructions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and IATF 16949 requirements.
