PT. Triplus Hitech, a foreign Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturer in Batam is hiring for Molding QC/QA assistant Manager
An ideal candidate for this position will be someone with criteria mentioned below:
Good in verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good knowledge in QC/QA Management, Handling Customer Complain, Reply CAR and 8D Report.
Minimum 5 years experience as Asst. Manager in Plastic Injection Molding.
Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) education in Mechanical Engineering.
Good proficiency level in computer literacy.
Understand, Implement, ensure and consistently maintain an integrated quality management system (ISO 90001, ISO 14001 and IATF)
Efficient, honest, team player, analytical, attention to details and quality
Job description for Molding QA / QC Asst. Manager are as follows:
Build and Maintain Quality Control & System Environment
Manage process & vendor control
Establish a standard inspection and sample limit for products
Determine Calibration frequency of QA/QC tools and ensure tools certification
Establish rejection treshold of a product and clarify every conflict on product limits
Review QC Reports, QA Notice and Operation Instruction
Key decision maker for Incoming checking, Outgoing cheking and requests for Corrective Action
Review NC reports before handover to customer
Analyse production failure, discuss with involving parties to discover the causes and solutions.
Evaluate and set product / material stability according to available datas
Responsible for specification availability and Initial test materials, inspection processes from production to delivery
In charge of audits conducted by external parties and conduct internal audit
Review roots of identified Corrective actions and preventions
Update CPAR Detection logs
Ensure materials and products are not contaminated
