Giselle Canggu Bali is looking for a Commis

Giselle Canggu Bali is seeking a dedicated Commis to join our kitchen team. Candidates must have experience in basic food preparation and kitchen operations, and be able to communicate in basic English.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and cooking dishes according to standards
• Support CDP, Sous Chef, and Head Chef during service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Prepare ingredients, mise en place, and station setup
• Follow instructions and ensure consistency in food quality
• Store ingredients properly and monitor stock usage
• Follow safety, sanitation, and kitchen protocols

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience as Commis or similar kitchen role
• Basic kitchen skills and understanding of food preparation
• Able to communicate in basic English
• Hardworking, disciplined, and eager to learn
• Able to work under pressure and during peak hours
• Good teamwork and positive attitude
• Willing to work shifts and weekends
