The Customer Service Executive supports Avery Dennison’s customers by providing accurate and complete information that meets our customers’ needs. This role addresses customer inquiries, requests, and complaints to successful resolution or escalation including order management, quality, and lead times.
On-site/hybrid/remote status will be aligned based on local site guidelines and business needs.

Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints to successful resolution or escalation, including order management, quality, and lead times.
Apply understanding of Avery Dennison’s products, solutions, and services to solve customer needs.
Collaborate across multiple departments, including sales, order entry, finance, and operations, to receive and share required information.
Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets by supporting commercial teams or actively selling products on their own behalf.
Think ahead to anticipate needs, opportunities, and concerns from supported customers and proactively take action.
Deliver against key performance indicators and productivity targets for the department.
Proven customer service experience within a B2B or manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving and problem-resolution abilities.
Practical product and process knowledge with adherence to standard operating procedures.
Demonstrated active listening skills with strong verbal and written communication.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, order entry, finance, and operations departments.
