Key Responsibility

• Conduct installation, troubleshooting, and service contract for equipment and instrument of aesthetic medical devices.

• Conduct and follow all service needs according to schedules.

• Facilitate demo and training needs for clinical and sales team and handle the technical necessity.

• Collaborate with frontliners team (sales, clinical, service) for a successful demo and training programs.

• Create a monthly service report including installation, demo, training, and maintenance/service contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum background of Diploma 3 from Electromedical Engineering (ATEM) is preferred.

• Minimum experience of 2 years as Teknisi Elektromedis/Technician. Aesthetic industry is preferred.

• Familiar with aesthetic medical devices (laser, microneedle, radiofrequency, hifu, etc)

• Honest, highly initiative, and responsible. Accustomed to managing clients directly and politely.

• Open to travel across all region in Indonesia.

• Preferred requirements:

  • Active STR,

  • Valid SIM A,

  • Ability to understand English.

• Immediately able to join is preferred. Placement: Jakarta Barat.

Tanggung jawab utama:

• Melakukan instalasi, perbaikan (troubleshooting), perawatan, dan servis perangkat medis estetika.

• Melaksanakan jadwal servis dan perawatan sesuai rencana yang telah ditentukan.

• Mendukung kebutuhan demonstrasi produk (demo) dan pelatihan bagi tim klinis maupun tim penjualan dari sisi teknis.

• Berkolaborasi dengan tim Sales, Clinical, dan Service untuk memastikan kegiatan demo dan pelatihan berjalan dengan baik.

• Menyusun laporan bulanan yang mencakup instalasi, demo, pelatihan, serta kegiatan servis dan perawatan.

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Elektromedik (ATEM).

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Teknisi Elektromedis. Pengalaman di industri estetika menjadi nilai tambah.

• Memahami pengoperasian dan perawatan perangkat medis estetika seperti laser, microneedle, radiofrequency (RF), HIFU, dan perangkat sejenis.

• Jujur, bertanggung jawab, memiliki inisiatif tinggi, serta mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik kepada pelanggan.

• Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke seluruh wilayah Indonesia.

• Nilai tambah:

  • Memiliki STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) aktif.

  • Memiliki SIM A aktif.

  • Mampu memahami Bahasa Inggris.
