Engineering Control Manager

Responsibilities :

• Ensure that engineering management related to the Property Mall runs in accordance with applicable company procedures, so that service standards can be maintained properly.
• Schedule visits to the mall according to the area and carry out evaluations to ensure that all mall engineering conditions are running well.
• Analyze operational problems so that the root cause can be found and standard solutions can be created so that they do not happen again in the future.
• Coordinate with superiors to develop effective steps and corrective actions regarding Mall Engineering issues for smooth mall operations.
• Evaluate the work SOP which is used as a reference for the field team periodically as a continuous improvement effort in order to improve service.
• Recommend a preventive engineering system to minimize damage that could disrupt the company's operational activities.

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Min 3 year(s) of working experience handling several mall sites.
• Knowledge : Business Process, Reporting Skill, Operational Technique, Installation & Commissioning
• Placement : Head Office Kawan Lama, West Jakarta
