Your Key Responsibilities
As part of our Marketing team, you will produce a high volume of short-form video content for our record label releases & artists. You don't need any music-industry background — we provide clear briefs, references, and the tracks. Your job is to execute them well and fast. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Short-Form Video Editing
Cut and assemble TikTok, Reels, and Shorts content from our briefs, synced to our tracks and hitting the format, pacing, and style we specify.
Deliver clean, platform-ready edits with a good-eye for what works natively on TikTok & IG.
2. Clip Sourcing
Independently find and pull relevant clips — primarily from American movies and TV, plus other pop-culture and stock sources — that match the brief.
Build and organize a reusable library of go-to clips and assets so production stays fast and can be increasingly streamlined by you and a growing team of content marketers.
3. Trend Replication
Spot viral formats, trending sounds, and content styles, and recreate or adapt them quickly for our artists and tracks.
Turn a reference video we send you into our own version, matching the structure and feel closely.
4. Volume & Turnaround
Produce content reliably and at volume, with fast turnaround and consistent quality across every brief.
Keep files, versions, and deliverables organized so nothing gets lost or duplicated.

You are fast, reliable, and comfortable producing a high volume of content to a brief.
You have a keen eye for detail and follow briefs precisely — timing, framing, captions, and style.
You care to analyse the performance of your own content and bring an analytical mind towards figuring out what works on short-form content, and why.
No music-industry or copyright knowledge is required; we provide the briefs, references, and tracks.
Fluent English is required so you can understand and execute our briefs accurately.
