About the Role

As Maintenance Engineer at our Cikarang manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of production line equipment — supporting uninterrupted operations and continuous improvement across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and corrective maintenance activities on production line equipment to ensure optimal performance and availability

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults on manufacturing equipment in a timely manner

• Implement preventive maintenance programs in line with OEM standards and company maintenance schedules

• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and support operational continuity

• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented accurately in the maintenance management system

• Identify opportunities for equipment improvement and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards at all times

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production line maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or dairy

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Familiar with preventive maintenance systems and maintenance management tools

• Ability to work under shift rotation

• Willing to be based in Cikarang

• Willing to undergo a 12-month fixed contract of employment
