Operation Auditor
Job Description:
Conduct operational audits across business processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Perform field audits and site inspections to validate operational activities and work quality.
Evaluate operational performance, identify risks, and recommend practical improvements.
Prepare audit reports and monitor corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency.
Support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Operational Audit, Technical Audit, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of Solar PV (Solar Panel), electrical infrastructure, and power systems.
Experience conducting field/site audits in telecommunications, infrastructure, construction, or energy industries is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills.
Willing to travel for field audits and site inspections.

We are also expanding our footprint in Kalimantan and Sulawesi. Tower Bersama Group has initiated good partnership protocols with regulatory authorities to maintain best service continuity to our customers and compliance with national or local area regulatory requirements, particularly with regard to “menara bersama” tower development concepts. Workforce Tower Bersama Group has a workforce skilled and experienced in both build-to-suit and collocation site development as well as the acquisition of existing tower portfolios and tower companies. Our rollout teams are supported by technical design, new build and collocation engineering specialist and project management specialists across the country.
