TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospective partners, sourced through direct outreach, referrals, networks, and regional market mapping
Assess prospective partners against defined criteria, including capital adequacy, operating capability, local market position, and cultural fit with English 1 standards
Lead commercial discussions through to signed agreement, coordinating with Legal and Finance on terms, territory, and structure
Own expansion conversations with existing partner groups, converting proven operators into multi-centre commitments
Maintain a national territory map identifying priority cities and catchments for expansion, supported by demand, competitive, and demographic analysis
Maintain a rolling 12-month expansion pipeline aligned to the annual plan
Act as project owner for each approved centre from agreement to opening, managing the critical path across site selection and fit-out, licensing, recruitment, staff certification, systems setup, and pre-opening marketing
Arrange regular project reviews with partners and internal functions; escalate risks to opening dates early
Report pipeline status, conversion, and opening progress to the National Sales Director and senior leadership on a defined cycle
Maintain accurate records of prospects, agreements, and project milestones
Feed learnings from each opening back into the centre opening playbook
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in any field
8+ years' experience, with a substantial portion in multi-unit network expansion, partner development, or business development in a partner-led model
Experience in education, retail, F&B or healthcare networks operating through licensed or partner-owned units is preferred
Familiarity with site selection and retail catchment analysis
Demonstrated track record of closing partner or licensing agreements with business owners or investor groups
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects to fixed deadlines
Strong commercial and financial analysis capability
Willingness to travel frequently across Indonesia
