Based in Bali, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing the full spectrum of HR operations for the company's further growth in Bali. As the site's HR lead, this position will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, while also maintaining coordination with external vendors.

Description
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including employment documentation, contract preparation and renewals, onboarding, probation reviews, employee records management, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and administration, ensuring accurate employee data, proper documentation control, and maintenance of HR records and filing systems in both physical and digital formats.
- Coordinate with external payroll and HR service providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll inputs, attendance records, overtime, leave administration, and other employee-related transactions.
- Lead recruitment and workforce planning activities by maintaining organizational structures, job descriptions, headcount plans, and hiring timelines aligned with business growth requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, including job postings, candidate sourcing support, interview scheduling, candidate communications, reference checks, offer management, and onboarding arrangements.
- Partner with managers to support employee relations matters, including performance concerns, disciplinary actions, attendance management, warning letters, investigations, and workplace issue resolution.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, contract templates, and company regulations in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and global company standards.
- Support organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, job design, employee engagement activities, performance management processes, and training coordination.
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies, employment matters, and people-related processes while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
- Monitor HR compliance, identify potential risks or gaps in processes and documentation, and proactively recommend improvements to strengthen governance and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with global headquarters to ensure alignment of local HR practices with corporate policies, standards, and culture, escalating sensitive or high-risk matters when appropriate.
Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
- A degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR generalist role within a multinational organization.
- Proven experience establishing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and people processes, ideally in a growing or greenfield business environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with regional and global teams.
- A dynamic, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and a "can-do" attitude.
