Supervisor Engineering - Medical Devices

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor Degree from Biomedical Engineering, Electromedical Engineering, or related field

2. Min. of 5 years of working experience in a Technical / Product role within the medical device industry

3. Having a strong knowledge in Medical Device (Surgical, Diagnostic, Critical Care, CSSD, Mortuary, etc)

4. Strong knowledge of medical device regulations

5. Familiar with products such as: Operating Tables, Surgical Lights, Anesthesia Machines, Patient Monitors, Ventilators, Autoclaves, Washer Disinfectors, Mortuary Coolers

6. Skilled in reading and preparing technical manuals, catalogs, and functional test reports

7. Able to work cross-functionally with sales, engineers, regulatory, and international suppliers

8. Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem solving and solution-oriented mindset
   

Responsibilities :

1. Manage the full product lifecycle: technical specification, documentation, launch readiness, and field support

2. Analyze clinical and technical requirements from hospitals, labs, and other users to define product features

3. Provide technical training and support to the sales, marketing, and service teams

4. Act as the key liaison with principals/suppliers, ensuring smooth communication regarding technical aspects and new product introductions

5. Assist in product evaluations, field testing, and troubleshooting

6. Support tender preparations, technical presentations, and installations at healthcare facilities

7. Collect and evaluate user feedback for continuous improvement or product localization
