Operate Long Hole Drill/Solo Drill equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
Perform production drilling activities based on approved drill plans and supervisor instructions.
Ensure drilling accuracy, including hole position, direction, depth, and diameter, according to mine design requirements.
Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance checks on drilling equipment.
Monitor equipment conditions and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Complete operational reports and drilling records accurately and timely.
Coordinate with supervisors and other mining personnel to achieve production targets.
Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably in Mining, Mechanical, or Heavy Equipment disciplines.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Long Hole Drill or Solo Drill Operator in underground mining operations.
Experienced in operating Sandvik Solo Drill, DL Series, Simba Long Hole Drill, or similar equipment.
Good understanding of underground production drilling techniques and drill plans.
Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and daily inspections.
Familiar with underground mining safety standards and procedures.
Possess a valid SIMPER; mining safety certification is an advantage.
Strong safety awareness, teamwork, communication skills, and ability to work on a roster/shift basis
Holds a valid SIMPER and a General B2 Driving License
