Business Developer

Description:

1. Responsible to recruit talent/agency

2. Train and develop talents to improve the overall performance of the talents based on the objectives of the business

3. Collaborate with talent agencies and ensure these agencies will support company’s goal and KPI with provide high quality talents

4. Liaise with our agencies and talents candidates based or certain requirement set by the company

5. Prepare a live streaming schedule for talents. Inform and adjust schedule based on business objectives as well talents availability

6. Collaborate with teams to monitor talents live streaming performance and policy compliance

7. Provide feedback to the company to continuously improve operations policies and regulations

8. Scout and identify potential talents for acquisition

9. Help talents to improve content quality, increase fanbase and achieve the KPI of the operational objectives

10. Develop standard operating procedure documents for talents operational

Requirements:

1. Min,. 21 years old (according to ID card)

2. Candidates must have the ability to properly read and comprehend every sentence of this job description

3. Have at least 1 year working in the same industry

4. Outgoing, innovative, have a skill in handling lot of people

5. Organized and having high attention to details

6. Previous exposure to startups is plus

7. Good-looking

8. Ability to communicate in English

9. Being able to speak Mandarin is a plus
