JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Communication, or related fields.

2. Experience in Administration, HR, General Affairs, Secretarial roles/Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.

4. Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills.

5. Experience working in multinational companies is preferred.

6. Good command of English, both written and spoken/Mandarin language is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Process reimbursements and expense claims in accordance with company policies.

2. Handle travel arrangements, transportation, accommodation, business trip administration, and related payments.

3. Verify invoices and supporting documents before submission.

4. Coordinate payment requests and document approvals with relevant departments.

5. Maintain accurate records of financial and administrative transactions.

6. Maintain confidential documents and sensitive company information.
