MEP Engineer

Role Summary

Responsible for designing, coordinating, and supervising the implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on construction projects or operational facilities to ensure performance, safety, and compliance with technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review MEP designs including HVAC, power distribution, lighting, fire protection, and plumbing systems.

• Coordinate across disciplines with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to integrate designs.

• Perform technical calculations such as cooling loads, duct and pipe sizing, panel capacity, and protection schemes; prepare material specifications.

• Supervise field installation to ensure conformity with working drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

• Conduct commissioning and testing of MEP systems and prepare handover documentation and operation manuals.

• Manage design changes and technical claims while ensuring project schedule and budget targets are met.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechanical or Electrical, or Civil with MEP specialization.

• Experience: 1–2 years experience as an MEP Engineer on commercial, industrial, or data center projects; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC design, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection.

  • Proficient with design and calculation software such as AutoCAD MEP

  • Familiar with local codes, standards, and workplace safety practices.

• Language: Fluent in Indonesian; technical English preferred.
