Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Collaborate with Hiring Manager for position requirements
Handle massive recruitment
Collect all hiring documents needed
Monitoring recruitment progress and solving related issues
Coordinate and collaborate with vendors to discuss updated recruitment tools
Understand about assessment tools
Job Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Must have experience handling recruitment fulfillment for manufacturing , commercial & non commercial roles
Previous working experience in the FMCG industry will be an advantage
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, result-oriented, and a team player
