Accounting & Finance Internship

About the role
PT Indonic Tangerang Investment is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual for an Accounting & Finance Internship position. This is a full-time internship opportunity based in Cikupa, Banten, offering you the chance to gain practical experience in accounting and finance operations within a professional business environment. This role will provide you with hands-on exposure to fundamental accounting practices, financial processes, and the day-to-day operations of an accounting department. What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and documentation

• Supporting the reconciliation of accounts and ledgers under supervision

• Processing and filing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents

• Assisting with data entry tasks related to accounting transactions

• Supporting the preparation of routine financial reports and statements

• Learning and assisting with accounts payable and receivable functions

• Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure accuracy of financial information

• Supporting general administrative tasks as required by the accounting department

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing financial tasks

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Keen to learn and develop practical accounting knowledge in a professional setting

• Reliable, punctual, and demonstrates a professional work ethic
