Store Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

Operations & Customer Experience

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant business activities in accordance with company policies and SOPs.

• Monitor order processing, including pending orders, prescription management, inter-store shipments, and product readiness.

• Handle customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Manage cash transactions, and settlement processes while maintaining operational accuracy.

Inventory Control

• Supervise inventory management, stock movement, and monthly stocktaking activities to ensure stock accuracy and availability.

• Monitor defective products and coordinate with relevant departments for proper resolution.

People Management

• Lead, supervise, and support store team members.

• Prepare work schedules, monitor attendance, and manage overtime records.

• Conduct monthly performance evaluations and provide coaching, feedback, and development plans for team members.

• Deliver onboarding support and product knowledge training for new employees.

Data & Reporting

• Prepare daily and monthly reports related to operations, store expenses, inventory, and store activities.

• Maintain accurate customer records and prescriptions while ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy.

Job Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Proven leadership abilities with strong team management and coaching skills. 

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

• Strong communication (English & Bahasa) and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiar with ERP systems.

• Willing to be placed in Buleleng, Bali.
