STAFF PPIC
Tanggung jawab anda :
Merencanakan dan menyusun jadwal proses produksi sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.
Melakukan pengendalian dan monitoring stok material di gudang untuk memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku.
Membuat Purchase Request (PR) berdasarkan kebutuhan dari departemen terkait.
Berkoordinasi dengan Departemen Purchasing mengenai proses pengadaan barang sesuai permintaan.
Melakukan pengarsipan dokumen PPIC dan dokumen pendukung lainnya secara tertib dan sistematis.
Mengontrol proses permintaan dan pembelian barang agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional serta jadwal produksi.
Kualifikasi :
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Industri, Manajemen Industri, atau jurusan terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman Min 1 Tahun, di bidang PPIC, Production Planning, atau Inventory Control menjadi nilai tambah.
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, terutama Microsoft Excel.
Memiliki kemampuan analisis, perencanaan, dan koordinasi yang baik.
Teliti, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja sesuai target.
Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar teknik sebagai acuan dalam proses perencanaan dan pengadaan material, seperti gambar casing GTO, tiang CCTV Main Road, dan gambar teknis lainnya.
