Accounting Supervisor
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Mengawasi proses akuntansi dan penyusunan laporan keuangan.
2. Mengelola proses monthly closing, year-end closing, dan cash flow.
3. Melakukan analisis costing, HPP, dan budget monitoring.
4. Mengawasi pengelolaan inventory, fixed assets, serta accounts payable (AP) dan accounts receivable (AR).
5. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi dan peraturan perpajakan.
Kualifikasi
1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi.
2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Accounting Supervisor atau posisi setara.
3. Berpengalaman di perusahaan manufaktur, konstruksi, fabrikasi, atau engineering.
4. Mampu menyusun laporan keuangan, cash flow, cost accounting, dan budget monitoring.
5. Memahami Manufacturing Accounting, Project Costing, Inventory, Fixed Assets, perpajakan (PPh & PPN), serta proses audit.
6. Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan ERP/Accounting System.
7. Memiliki kemampuan analitis, kepemimpinan, komunikasi yang baik, teliti, dan mampu bekerja sesuai target.
