Our Japanese client in Karawang is currently looking for a passionate candidate to join their R&D team!
Position: R&D Pet Care Senior Staff
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Science, Chemical, Food technology, Veterinary or other related technical fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to speak Japanese minimum JLPT N3 certificate or above.
Good communication skills in Japanese, English, and Indonesian.
A genuine pet lover who truly cares about both dogs and cats.
Proactive, self-driven, positive mindset, and able to work well in a team.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute overall R&D and pet product development activities
Conduct product evaluation, chemical & physical analysis, verification testing, market research, and product feedback/recovery analysis.
Utilize your Japanese language skills to bridge communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Salary and Benefit:
Range Salary IDR 7,000,000 - 10,000,000
Meals on canteen, transport allowance, Certification allowance
Available for permanent position, private insurance, bonus tahunan
