Villa Coordinator

Qualifications & experience

• Based in Uluwatu Area (Uluwatu / Pecatu / Ungasan)

• Preference education of Diploma (D3) or SMK in Hospitality or Tourism. From other majors are also welcome to apply

• 1–2 years of experience in a villa or hospitality managerial role

• Good English skills, both spoken and written is a plus

• Leadership and team management abilities

• Effective communication with guests, staff, and external parties

• Experienced in handling guest

• Ability to handle issues and complaints swiftly

• Skilled in negotiation

• Understanding of local regulations and compliance

Tasks & responsibilities

• Handle check-in and check-out

• Arrange working schedules for housekeeping, gardener, and pool man

• Ensure villa ready

• Handling complaint

• Ensure the guest has an amazing experience
