Minimum Diploma III (D3) in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree (S1 Ners) is preferred.
Holds a valid and active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).
Possesses a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate; ACLS certification is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inpatient Nurse in a hospital or healthcare facility.
Strong knowledge of inpatient nursing care, patient safety, infection prevention and control, and nursing documentation.
Competent in administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, wound care, IV therapy, and assisting physicians during medical procedures.
Able to assess patients' physical and psychological conditions and respond appropriately to changes in patient status.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates compassion, empathy, professionalism, and integrity in patient care.
Able to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Proficient in using Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to be placed at the assigned healthcare facility in accordance with operational needs.
