Job Qualifications – Nurse IPD (Inpatient Department)

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree (S1 Ners) is preferred.

• Holds a valid and active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).

• Possesses a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate; ACLS certification is an advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inpatient Nurse in a hospital or healthcare facility.

• Strong knowledge of inpatient nursing care, patient safety, infection prevention and control, and nursing documentation.

• Competent in administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, wound care, IV therapy, and assisting physicians during medical procedures.

• Able to assess patients' physical and psychological conditions and respond appropriately to changes in patient status.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

• Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrates compassion, empathy, professionalism, and integrity in patient care.

• Able to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Proficient in using Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Microsoft Office applications.

• Willing to be placed at the assigned healthcare facility in accordance with operational needs.
