Information Technology Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee the company's technology operations across multiple branches. This role is responsible for ensuring business continuity, maintaining IT infrastructure, strengthening cybersecurity, managing enterprise applications, and driving digital transformation initiatives that support operational excellence.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on technical expertise to improve system reliability, efficiency, and information security.

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations Management

• Lead daily IT operations across Head Office and Branches.

• Ensure high system availability and business continuity.

• Develop IT service standards and Service Level Agreement (SLA).

• Monitor IT performance and operational KPIs.

Infrastructure & Network

• Manage servers, network infrastructure, internet connectivity, firewall, VPN, and cloud services.

• Ensure hardware lifecycle management and preventive maintenance.

• Standardize IT infrastructure across all branches.

Enterprise Applications

• Oversee SAP Business One, HRIS, WMS, CECA, Delivery Force Automation, and other business applications.

• Coordinate system enhancements with internal departments and vendors.

• Ensure application availability and data integrity.

Information Security

• Develop cybersecurity policies and access management.

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and security awareness programs.

• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and incident response.

IT Governance

• Develop IT policies, SOPs, documentation, and asset management.

• Maintain software licensing compliance.

• Implement IT audit recommendations.

Project Management

• Lead digital transformation projects.

• Evaluate new technologies to improve business efficiency.

• Manage IT vendors and project implementation.

Leadership

• Lead and develop the IT team.

• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.

• Manage departmental budget and procurement planning.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT.

• Minimum 2 years in managerial or supervisory role.

• Experience handling multi-branch operations is highly preferred.

• Experience in FMCG or Distribution industry is an advantage.
