ASSISTANT KITCHEN MANAGER - BANJARBARU
Job Descriptions:
Manage & oversee services and products offered in an outlet's operations
Oversees stock level for products and supplies
Handling customers enquirers and complaints
Daily ordering & maintain estimate consumption , forecast requirement & maintain inventory
Organized & supervise shift
Training & evaluate staff
Requirement:
Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
Having a high commitment, energetic, and positive attitude
Have good managerial and communication skills
