Account Payable Supervisor

Responsibility :

1. Lead, supervise, and develop the Accounts Payable team, including coaching, training, and performance management.

2. Ensure all Accounts Payable processes are executed in accordance with company policies, SOPs, and established timelines.

3. Review and verify vendor invoices related to raw materials, packaging materials, and non-production purchases to ensure accuracy and payment eligibility.

4. Monitor employee cash advances, petty cash replenishments, and corporate card expenses to ensure compliance with company regulations.

5. Ensure timely verification and processing of invoices to support on-time vendor payments and maintain healthy supplier relationships.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes, SOPs, and internal controls related to Accounts Payable activities.

7. Prepare monthly and annual Accounts Payable reports, including balance sheet schedules, reconciliations, and other related analyses.

8. Support internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation and explanations.

9. Maintain accurate AP records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualification :

1. Min. Bachelor's degree majoring in accounting, management, finance, administration, or other related majors

2. At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role in a supervisory position preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial principles.

4. Ability to verify / check documents and carry out administrative activities thoroughly including archiving

5. Basic accounting capabilities for recording transactions in the system

6. Experience and familiar with ERP system, preferably SAP or Acumatica 

7. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
