IT Manager

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems. A Master's degree will be an advantage.

• Minimum 10 years of working experience, including at least 3 years in a similar managerial position or 5 years at the Assistant Manager level.

• Strong knowledge of Cisco, Microsoft technologies, ERP Systems (SAP S/4HANA), and Information Security Management (ISM), and the ITIL Framework.

• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of IT governance, project management, risk management, and compliance.

• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of financial management, business operations, and organizational management.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent problem-solving and decision making abilities.

• Excellent leadership, team building, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, network, communication systems, and office IT facilities to ensure secure and reliable operations.

• Ensure IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance with company policies, standards, and applicable regulations.

• Oversee IT infrastructure implementation, end-user support, service level management, and office IT setup.

• Manage data backup, disaster recovery, SAP support, and IT coordination with regional and global affiliates to ensure business continuity.

• Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with company policies and business requirements.
