Factory Manager

Job Descriptions :

1. Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.

2. Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed.

3. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, purchasing, engineering) to ensure smooth production flow.

4. Oversee all manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.

5. Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.

6. Monitor and control production costs to maximize profitability.

7. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

8. Manage and motivate a team of manufacturing personnel, including supervisors, technicians, and operators.

9. Recruit, hire, and train new employees.

10. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

11. Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and facilities.

12. Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role

3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.

4. Proven track record of successful operations management.

5. Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

6. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
