Purchasing Supervisor

1. Lead the purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of materials and services according to business needs.

2. Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and relationship maintenance to ensure competitive pricing and stable supply.

3. Monitor purchasing activities, including purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.

4. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve procurement issues and support cost optimization initiatives.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.

2. Minimum 5 years of purchasing/procurement experience, with supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of supplier management, contract negotiation, cost control, and procurement processes.

4. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking suppliers and stakeholders.
