Software QA Tester

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software QA Tester to join our dynamic team at PT Pranala Ragam Karya in Tangerang. In this full-time position (on site), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies to identify and resolve software defects

2. Performing manual and automated testing (Katalon and Playwright) across various software components and functionalities

3. Collaborating with development teams to provide feedback, recommendations, and support for improving software quality

4. Documenting test cases, test results, and bug reports in a clear and concise manner

5. Staying up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process

6. Continuously improving testing processes and procedures to optimise quality standards

What we're looking for

1. Fluent Communication with English its a must

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies

3. Proficient in manual and automated testing techniques, including experience with tools such as Katalon,Playwright

4. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues

5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

6. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience in working in an Agile environment

7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
